Purpose of role
Design, Implement, Sustain and leverage global planning systems to enable Mondelez planning processes including Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Integration Business Planning (IBP).
Work closely with global cross-functional stakeholders to understand where Mondelez is in each BU (Business Unit) in terms of process maturity, what additional capabilities will drive most business value, and develop 3-5 year roadmap of investment, system implementations/improvements to enable those BU needs. Benchmark and stay on top of external market trends to bring best practice thinking to Mondelez. Drive business case creation with BU teams. Ensure investments deliver intended value to Mondelez. Manage and leverage systems to get the most benefits for Mondelez. Ensure systems are adopted and used effectively and efficiently by measuring adoption indicators. Drive cash flow savings through reduced Days inventory on hand, Case Fill Rate improvements, forecast accuracy improvements for Mondelez.
Main Responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnership - Utilizes strong business acumen and relationship skills to proactively serve as trusted advisor and advocate to business stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with global strategy, for Planning Processes, including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP) and IBP (Integrated Business Planning). Maximizes value and growth by leveraging our external partners.
Solution Management- Manages function, portfolio strategy and priorities by leveraging multifaceted knowledge of business processes and technology solutions (strategy, solution design, technology roadmap and financials).
Business Analysis - Applies appropriate analytical techniques to develop recommendations that stimulate growth and build efficiencies based on patterns, trends and insights. - Partnership with business and ITS stakeholders on technology and solutions for planning processes.
Translate business demand into functional requirements. Define what the capability must achieve including how to measure success.
Responsible that solutions are robust, strategically aligned and efficient to deliver and maintain.
Understand the connection of the process and solutions,upstream and downstream (e.g. Finance, Sales, Marketing, Insights).
Implement best practices to continually improve performance of solutions, to achieve long term strategic goals.
Responsible to ensure system integrity and design is upheld
Govern the solutions of complex requirements to create process excellence, compliance and value.

External
Third party vendors who deliver, support or own the systems.
Research and consultancy organizations to drive strategy.
Internal
Requires strong leadership and influencing skills with senior stakeholders, including Mondelez Leadership team members.
Global and Regional Process owners.
ITS : Project Delivery and Operations; Architecture and Market Leads.
Qualifications
Career Experience, Knowledge & Skills
1. Managed global systems landscape roadmaps, working with senior cross functional business stakeholders.
2. Understanding of how supply chain works in a CPG company, and a deep understanding of planning processes - including demand planning, supply planning, multi-echelon inventory optimization, Integrated business planning
3. Senior leader in ITS organization with experience in large project implementations, criticality of operational excellence, benefits realization management of large systems/process change initiatives
4. Implemented global systems to support Planning systems - beneficial to have experience with statistical modeling tools (such as SAS, R, Python), SAP APO, SAP IBP Suite
5.15 plus years of experience in IT prefer focus on Integrated Supply Chain
6. Bachelor Degree in IS or related field
