HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Oversee the finances of 28 plant operations (all Kellogg North America and some Kellogg Latin America)- Help us provide financial insights and guidance/recommendations to Senior Leadership to drive decisions to maximize the delivery of short-term and long-term financial strategies for our plant
• Direct Business Partnering – Help us craft and provide financial insights to BU and Corporate finance organizations, serve as the primary point of contact for Finance matters within area of responsibility (BU, Corporate Finance team) and liaise with Business Unit CFOs and internal Finance teams to deliver results
• Lead Financial Management Activities – You’ll be providing complex financial analyses and insights for Plant Leadership, providing input to annual budget process, monthly forecasts, specific expenses, or other reports of financial results, preparing and evaluating financial models to be used in economic / financial research and analyses for use in the development of business strategies and in subsequent analyses of results, and managing the execution / completion of projects, key due dates, identification of opportunities and risks, and financial metrics
• Decision Support– Help us ensure that senior management is kept abreast on progress of projects, key due dates, opportunities and risks, and financial metrics, lead/support actions to achieve plant profitability and business plans, including development of contingency plans, and productivity improvement initiatives, and drive business goals such as cost reduction initiatives, working capital management, and return on capital employed to ensure that they are adequately measured, managed and achieved
• People Performance Management– You’ll be leading, motivating, and developing teams by setting group and individual key performance measures that align with Finance, region, and supply chain objectives and individual development plans and recognizing and rewarding performance appropriately
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field
• Extensive years of related work experience
• Significant Management experience
• Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills and detail orientation
• Strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Bonus Points:
• Master’s Degree in Finance/Business-Related field
• Proficient knowledge of ERP and other financial planning systems (e.g. SAP)
