Trade Marketing Director - Sexy Hair

YOUR ROLE
• Manage promotional strategy from order form creation to in-store/on-site execution
• Maintain brand consistency with impactful in-store signage, displays, and online initiatives for new product launches and key product activities
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to maximize business opportunities of Sexy Hair accounts
• Continuously work with brand teams, creative department, digital/communications, sales, education, customer service, customers and external vendors to ensure proper promotional execution
• Monitor competitive best practices in order to be best in class in promotional and retail strategies
• Use historical data to drive growth by developing and recommending strategies that maximize promotional effectiveness
YOUR SKILLS
• Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA a plus. Preference for degree in business with a marketing focus
• Minimum 7 years of experience in trade or retail marketing within apparel, footwear, or beauty
• SAP experience a plus
• Capacity for multi-tasking with ability to work with tight deadlines
• Supervisory experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
