THE ROLE
The Supply Chain, Strategy and Business Management (SBM) Operations Finance organization is transforming and building for the future. The Head of Finance, Supply Chain and SBM FP&A is a senior level position reporting into the Global Head of Finance, Supply Chain and SBM Operations to establish and lead the financial planning and analysis for the Supply Chain and SBM organization that will support the management, the finance organization and the business partners with getting accurate and timely financial information and insights to enable the business to meet its financial objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the financial planning, reporting and analysis for the Supply Chain and SBM Operations organization, with a focus on cost, working capital and capital expenditures.
• Establish and support the monthly / quarterly planning process as well as the annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning for the organization with appropriate linkage to key operating drivers
• Drive the development of a standardized financial planning and analytical framework to enable accurate, timely, well informed decision support to optimize the business outcome with a focus on cost and working capital optimization.
• Provide advanced reporting, analytics to management with appropriate variance analysis against key parameters.
• Prepare monthly / quarterly actuals variance analysis.
• Develop weekly financial dashboard and analytics on weekly performance to make weekly financial execution update on the state of the business.
• Establish a reporting and analytical framework that will allow to optimize cost, working capital and capital expenditures.
• Develop the investment review framework that will support consistent returns-based decisions and a rigorous closed-loop governance process to review investment decisions.
• Support the reporting and master data management strategy for Supply Chain and SBM aiming at harmonizing and standardizing the reporting and the tracking of management metrics.
• Actively contribute to the preparation of Executive Presentation, Quarterly Business Workshops (QBW).
• Enhance existing reporting tools and models to continuously improve the quality of the forecasting models and insights provided to the management.
• Continuously drive improvement in financial planning and reporting processes, maximizing the use of information systems and new technologies/tools.
CANDIDATE PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and finance partnering skills, will be an excellent, senior but hands on finance professional who can build and run effective financial planning and reporting processes, who can lead an effective finance analytics team.
• Significant experience with financial planning processes, including Flash, Budget and Long-Term Planning processes and profitability analysis.
• Excellent business acumen, solid understanding of key performance drivers and metrics
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong experience in process improvement an in optimizing the use of information systems
• Strong experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools. Experience in Power BI and predictive analytics highly desired.
• Global experience is desired.
• Experience leading a team is required.

EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA and/or CPA degree strongly preferred.
