Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Director of Trade Marketing Innovation to lead and implement the commercial innovation agenda for the U.S. This person will manage pilot execution and strategy development for scale. This person will work cross functionally with teams throughout the business. Acting as the bridge between the world of emerging tech and our sales and marketing teams, the goal of this role is to deliver solutions to lead future growth for Anheuser-Busch.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understand leading technical trends and best practices across successful brands, and how these can apply to Anheuser-Busch
• Deliver innovation projects and proof of concepts working closely with the business teams and external vendors
• Source new ideas through various methods including incubators, explore weeks and crowdsourcing for the benefit of the organization
• Identify and test concepts/technologies, quickly validate results, and gain alignment and support from key stakeholders in the sales and marketing functions
• Work with significant autonomy to drive the innovation agenda with strong demonstration of both short and long term results
• Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced degree preferred
• Extensive knowledge of commercial/sales management with 4+ years of experience in project management, innovation consulting, and/or technology implementation
• Ability to work with significant autonomy and maintain high level of accountability
• Extensive knowledge of innovation and collaboration best practices
• Ability to influence strategic decisions of the business
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset
