Things you should know about working as a HR Director, Product Supply:
The Director, Human Resources – Product Supply will provide strategic leadership, direction, and support to the PS HRBP team as well as the Product Supply team including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Automated Warehousing, Product Supply Planning, and Route Planning. The role will design, develop create and implement HR programs that are aimed at adding value and strength to the business of the PS group. The role will have a strong influence on company wide policy and other HR initiatives through participation on the HR Leadership Team. The Director, Human Resources– Product Supply will partner with the key leadership of the PS group to provide strategic thought leadership on matters such the full range of human resource issues, including but not limited to, talent acquisition/management, workforce planning, culture and stewardship, employee and labor relations and organization development.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Client and Customer Management – Manage the relationship with key internal business leaders and act as their business partner/advisor while taking guidance from senior colleagues
• Improvement/Innovation – Formulates, initiates and implements new HR practices while managing the development and delivery of significant change management programs
• Internal Communications – Develops and/or delivers significant aspects of internal communications with input and collaboration with senior operations leadership
• Performance Management – Leads the coordinating and implementing of performance management systems within the Product Supply team
• Policy/Practice Development – Develops policies and procedures for area of expertise with the guidance and input of senior leadership
• Budgeting and Cost Control – Develops and delivers a prescribed budget and conducts analysis on costs variances
• Team Development – Facilitates personal development plans for all PS HR team members. Leads the talent inventory and review process for the PS group and facilitates the establishment of succession strategies
• Employee and Labor Relations – Collaborates with the Employee and Labor Relations team regarding employee relation strategies, facility union risk assessments, conflict resolution, contract negotiations and administration
• Employee Engagement – In partnership with the senior operations leaders, develops and executes strategies to improve and raise the overall level of employee engagement
