Operations Director - CPMG

YOUR ROLE
• Duties will involve the following: driving performance, ensuring profits, new business development, quality & productivity, building customer/external relationships, environmental & social responsibility, human resource development and building organizational strength.
• Incumbent will oversee complete 24/7 hour cell operations with 4 direct reporting managers including responsibility for overall factory performance (OEE) 160 full-time regular employees and 250 temporary associates.
• Complex vertical integration model including number of different products produced: +2500 SKU's with annual budget of $3MM.
• Planning: Provide guidance and direction to the production functions based on sales-driven production schedules. Foresee crewing needs and budget for anticipated headcount needs. Liaise with procurement to ensure components and raw materials are ordered and delivered in a timely manner.
• Ensuring Profits: Guide production department leadership to drive Safety results of zero injuries, reduce scrap, waste, and rework; maintain manning costs below standard costing; minimize overhead expenditures. Desk based B2B market research
YOUR SKILLS
• Led/been a key team member of a factory OEE transformation in a CPMG organization.
• Executes with sustainability at core focus.
• Minimum of a four year college degree in related field plus 15+ years applicable experience showing increased levels of responsibility. Master’s degree preferred.
