Role
At Kraft Heinz, innovation is a key driver for growth. We need to identify where to attack new opportunity spaces (new consumers, new need states, and/or new occasions) within our existing categories and to defend our existing business by disrupting ourselves. The Associate Director, Brand Building – Refrigerated Growth Platforms will be leading a small powerhouse brand building team working to identify, craft and launch new platforms that will fuel the future growth of our Refrigerated Business Unit. This position will be responsible for identifying powerful consumer insights to unlock growth including identifying whitespace opportunities, developing new product concept ideas and developing impactful communications.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about making change and who has the right balance between creative thinking and analytics. Our company operates with speed and rapid growth of our brands, we need a candidate who will think outside of the box and find ways around obstacles. We are looking for the future Chief Marketing Officers of this company and applicants that are passionate about communication, package design and product development. An Associate Director gains broad exposure to all functional activities on the brand including Consumer Insights, Advertising and New Products, which results in strengthened marketing fundamentals and a holistic approach to driving business growth.
• Leads strategy to identify, validate and bring new breakthrough platform pipelines to market; Recommends to Head of Marketing 3 year innovation roadmap
• Leads team in Branding Development for new product platforms, including concept, pack, product and branding, as applicable
• Leads communication development for the portfolio – Leads the team to deliver a fully validated communication idea & final assets across key channels
• Leads the visual identity of the brands
• Builds a high-performing team and develops junior talent across the organization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field/MBA preferred
• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in Brand Building
• Analytically, savvy, with a high degree of comfort in dealing with complex and/or ambiguous problems
• Visionary leader with a strong track-record of delivering results
• A strong leadership track record of building strong teams and developing talent at all levels of the organization
