Director - Enterprise Information Management/Master Data Analysis
In this role, you have the opportunity to advise on impactful strategic business opportunities that affect multiple business areas. You will create long-term winning strategies against competition and translates these strategies into concrete project proposals.
You are responsible for:
• Lead the EIM and IT teams that are part of GBS and represent IT on the Nashville GBS Leadership team.
• Being the global Subject Matter Expert for assigned PLDM process areas and drive towards 100% Data Excellence for assigned areas.
• Managing integration of new businesses into the standard PLDM model.
• Understand the comprehensive cross-functional business case, relationships, and interdependencies for assigned PLDM process areas, globally.
• Being the Project Manager and lead project teams for assigned projects; Support colleagues in their projects, as required.
• Analyzing, designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining PLDM processes and models that deliver value to the business.
• Authoring, releasing and own Quality System and/or Wiki documentation, as appropriate, for assigned PLDM process areas.
• Defining detailed process specification, execute UAT testing, and provide communication on implementation.
• Aligning business, quality system, and PH requirements globally between PLDM Applications, PLDM Implementation, IT, and business stakeholders/users to ensure that the proposed solution is understood and meets the requirements.
• Driving LEAN, cross-functional business process efficiencies.
• Ensuring compliance to all appropriate Quality System and Regulatory requirements.
• Provide consultation and process content expertise to end-users, assist with troubleshooting issues, and recommend solutions.
• Participating in the PLDM Business Council driving continuous improvements. You are a part of an international team who will drive transitions around the world. This means you will interact with similar counterparts serving them with your specialist knowledge gained during our journey.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Master’s degree with 15+ years of related experience; or a PhD with 10 years’ experience.
• Strong Master Data Management experience
• Strong experience in Product Lifecycle Data Management and related processes and applications
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement attitude
• Fluent communication skills
