This position provides advanced level of administrative support to director and/or staff.
Job Specific Information:
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, travel, and events.
• Assist with meeting preparation.
• Maintain the director’s calendar.
• Greet visitors, answers calls, convey messages, and elevate issues as required.
• Assist director and team as instructed with the creation of reports, presentations, etc...
• Assist with the on-boarding of new team members.
• Ensure the efficient daily operation of the office functions, including maintenance of supplies and equipment.
• Invoice, check request, & expense report processing.
• Take meeting notes, distribute minutes, and assist with necessary follow-up.
• Compose and distribute correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to the broader audit department as needed.
• Assist the director with other duties, as assigned.
Skills/Knowledge Considered a Plus:
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in managing calendars and setting up WebEx calls/meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED. Requires six (6) years related business experience including four (4) years as an administrative assistant typing proficiency. PC experience and ability to use Microsoft Office software. CPS or one (1) year of related college courses required. Good spelling, punctuation and basic English grammar skills. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to compose correspondence for manager's signature. Ability to prioritize mail and telephone calls for manager's review and/or action. Good human relations skills.
