Director, Human Resources - Supply Chain

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Leading the development of the organization’s talent strategy for the KNA Supply Chain Team– you’ll be leading capability assessments, organization diagnostics, and creating and overseeing the deployment of talent strategy to close capability gaps
• Partnering with Head of KNA HR Supply Chain, Leadership Team/function leaders on succession planning efforts – help us by determining succession criteria, identifying critical roles, and leading the networking and search for potential candidates and their readiness
• Influencing decisions – you’ll be influencing business partners to take actions required to close organizational capability gaps
• Assessing and coaching cross-functional teams – you’ll be counseling executives to improve their effectiveness as a leader and as teams
• Partnering with HR Centers of Expertise and Global Business Services/Talent Acquisition – help us deliver the people and organizational agenda for the business unit
• Counseling KNA Supply Chain Function leadership – you’ll be our expert with the management of human capital, leadership, and team performance and effectiveness
• Partnering with Global Function HR Directors – help us by informing capability needs/requirements of the business where applicable; sourcing talent from outside where necessary
• Acting in advisory capacity concerning escalations at the leadership team level – you’ll be leading escalations regarding talent, employee relations, and performance management
• Driving change – help us by coaching business leaders to drive and lead change by using Kellogg change methodology
*PLEASE NOTE: WE MAY BE FLEXIBLE ON LOCATION FOR THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL. FREQUENT TRAVEL TO BATTLE CREEK WOULD BE REQUIRED.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree or International Equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field
• Progressively more responsible experience in Human Resources
• Substantial experience providing strategic business facing Human Resources consultation
• People management experience
Bonus Points:
• Masters or International Equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in a large consumer goods company
• HR Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• Professional Association designations/certifications in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM or the international equivalent)
