HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Leading the ongoing strategy development and execution of pricing (Base / EDLP / Promoted) and price pack architecture across the BU with involvement from Sales / Customer Marketing, Marketing, Sales Planning and Finance
• Working closely with the BU Commercial team to optimize Customer Business Plan direction and execution, e.g. annual national Tentpole calendar
• Setting pricing aspirations / goals / targets for BU through collaboration with Marketing in the development and maintenance of price/pack architecture
• Leading, motivating and directing team to deliver their best performance, leverages PDP process for team development
• Developing trade policies / procedures and pricing communications compliant with industry and legal best practices
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Extensive years of combined industry experience in sales & sales management, trade marketing, marketing, category management or finance
• Strong leadership and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, & interpersonal skills
Bonus Points:
• Master’s degree
