Requirements:
• A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant HR experience, including experience in sales and product organizations, with at least 5-7 of those years being in HRBP role
• Experience with creating and implementing HR programs including compensation, performance management, and manager/leadership development
• A track record of providing HR consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done and the next moment actively participating in a strategic discussion
• Ability to understand and analyze a complex situation and simplify it into actionable solutions
• Excellent communication, consulting and coaching skills
Impact you'll make:
This role is all about building and implementing the organization and talent strategy for the business unit and enhancing the capability of managers and leaders in those organizations. As a HRBP site leader, you have the responsibility to be an extension of our corporate HR culture & values. You are the local influencer and true partner to the business units you support and can accomplish this by shaping the local culture and maintaining a positive matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understands the strategic direction of the business unit they support to determine the HR implications, and builds and executes an annual plan to support that direction. This would include, determining the resources needed, communicating the plan with stakeholders, and measuring success.
• Drives organizational effectiveness (culture, collaboration, etc.) in acquisitions, integrations, and re-organizations through providing thought leadership and insightful data to guide decision making and deliver proactive solutions.
• Leads the planning and delivery of the change management components of high visibility projects and programs through effective review and analysis of critical data and in partnership with leaders.
• Solves problems and gets to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and designs and quickly implements solutions.
• Brings experience and expertise to help the leadership team make decisions about succession planning, leadership development and moving talent around the organization.
• Fosters relationships and coaches local business leaders and managers to improve the associate experience, communication/feedback, and associate development.
• Designs and implements HR best practices within the areas of compensation, organization effectiveness, and recruiting.
• Manages day-to-day people and site administration in partnership with local leaders
• Advocates for our corporate & local culture by creating a meaningful local experience (i.e. community and office events)
