Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Director of Enterprise Operations, located in Piscataway, NJ.

Johnson & Johnson Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. CLS strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer facing-functions such as distribution and transportation. In addition, CLS oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. CLS supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. This team is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow globally in both visibility and responsibility. The CLS team reports to Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain and partners closely with groups throughout the supply chain organization.
As the Director of Enterprise Operations, you lead a team of contracting professionals, within Contract Strategy and Management (CSM), responsible for the compliant, accurate, and timely execution of enterprise contracts, as well as contract administration and transactional activities across multiple channels. You are responsible for leading a team responsible for the enterprise contract development process of MD Distributors and Consolidated Service Centers (CSCs). The negotiation of these agreements requires frequent communications and interactions at executive levels with Customers, the Customer Contracting Group, Account Management, Contracting Departments at the Operating Companies, Legal, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain.
In addition, you oversee the MD and Pharmaceutical chargebacks processes to ensure the accurate and timely processing of chargebacks and the resolution of any associated discrepancies. You are also responsible for the Enterprise Roster Management(ERM) process, institutional contract load and maintenance in the Pharmaceutical channel, and the answering of customer inquiries in the Customer Support Center. You may also lead strategic and cross-functional projects within JJHCS and the franchises to improve or implement enterprise contracting in various areas (i.e.; Overlays, Customer Roster, and Distribution.) Overall, you ensure that there is an optimal contracting process, system, and organization in place to deliver efficient and compliant (upholding Guidance Document, Contract Pricing Committee, and SOX requirements) enterprise contract development, contract administration, and transactional activities in the areas listed above.
The Director of Enterprise Operations reports to the Group Director of Enterprise Contract Solutions, a member of the Contract Strategy and Management Leadership Team (CSMLT), charged with providing strategic direction to the organization across multiple channels and functions of the contracting continuum.
In this role, you are accountable for the people and performance management process for the members of the Enterprise Operations team. You will provide guidance, direction, development planning, and performance feedback on a regular basis to all team members to ensure effective and productive work teams. You will coach and mentor future leaders to identify and champion high potential / high performing talent (conduct succession planning).
Qualifications
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required
• Contracting, Finance, Business Development or Licensing, and/or Acquisition experience preferred
• Contract strategy, offer/contract development, and/or contract administration experience preferred
• In depth understanding of Law Department Guidance Documents related to Commercial Contracting preferred
• Healthcare industry experience required
• Requires people and performance management experience
• Understanding of decentralized and cross-functional business models preferred
• Project management experience or certification preferred
• Experience with Internal and/or external Customer interactions preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with others at various levels in the organization, including defending logical business arguments
• Requires ability to work in Piscataway, NJ and travel up to 10% domestically
