Director Finance Productivity – Program Contour BAR workstream
Position Overview:
Responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements; requires a high level understanding of organization's business systems and industry requirements. Manages within a nominated sub-function or related sub-functions; typically a highly experienced manager who is accountable for budget, policy recommendations and medium-term planning; decisions tend to be more tactical at the country level.
JOB SUMMARY:
• Role will be part of global workstream of Program Contour, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Reimbursements (BAR) team primarily focused on all aspect of global requirements
• The role will lead working sessions to gather global requirements, provide thought leadership and help the global business units identify process improvement areas as part of Standardization, Simplification, and Automation objectives
• The role will gather and coordinate information globally to identify inconsistencies of similar business processes across the globe and lead efforts to drive toward standardization
• The role will work closely with Change Management to ensure the appropriate changes have been identified so relevant change management activities can be developed and executed in line with the global deployment timeline
• Provide support where necessary to CCNA as majority of Project 1 is initially focused on CCNA; e.g., change management, development of training material and assisting with project documentation, and develop framework for global deployment change management efforts, training materials, etc.
• Assist in the identification and development of critical reporting requirements across short-term, interim, and long-term horizons for global needs
Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Gather current process information, design business process view, review inconsistencies globally, drive standardization, and automation for BAR activies
• Identification of future reporting requirements
• Support BAR change management activies.
• Support process, and requirement documentation efforts
COMMUNICATION COMPLEXITIES:
• Building alignment across the System – working with Global leads of the SAP program related workstream and System Partners
• Working with various levels of finance organization
• Working with IT Team
• Working with Program Contour team and consultants from PWC, SAP and Bain
• Strong Facilitation Skills credible with senior leaders
• Strong communication skills
Work experience:
• Experience in Foodservice operations
• Experience in CCNA Finance
• 7-11 years of diversified operating, finance and ERP implementation experience,
• Complex program management / implementation, influencing and communication skills
• 7-11 years
