Director, Rapid Response Team- North America
Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Director, Rapid Response Team (RRT). The position is will be based in Skillman, NJ with the need to be flexible to travel to other NA Consumer sites.
Johnson & Johnson Consumer Group of Companies develops and markets consumer healthcare, baby care, beauty/skin care products, and over-the-counter products that address the needs of consumers and health care professionals and incorporate the latest innovations. The portfolio includes heritage brands JOHNSON'S® Baby, BAND-AID® Brand, LISTERINE®, leading skin care brands such as NEUTROGENA®, AVEENO®, CLEAN & CLEAR®, LUBRIDERM®, healthcare products such as NEOSPORIN®, CORTAID®, REMBRANDT®, VISINE®, and ROGAINE®, and over-the-counter products, including TYLENOL® acetaminophen products, BENADRYL®, ZYRTEC® and ZYRTEC®-D allergy medicines, IMODIUM® A-D anti-diarrheal, MOTRIN® IB, and SUDAFED® and SUDAFED PE® nasal decongestants.
The Director, RRT will report into the Head of NA Supply Chain End-to-End Programs.
The Director, RRT will lead a team of event managers and functional experts that will drive rapid remediation of non-conformances across all sites and functional areas in order to avoid and/or minimize an impact to customer service. The Director will oversee projects being led by event managers and ensures rapid communication and swift decision making and resolution to issues being addressed while enforcing remediation processes across the organization. Additionally, the Director will identify process improvements and root cause mitigation to issues across the organization and will partner with event managers to identify opportunities through metrics and lessons learned to improve customer service and avoid future non-conformance issues. The Director will work with the Reliability and Value Stream leads to identify supply risks and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications
• A minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required, An advanced degree such an MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience across any combination of Supply Chain operations (planning, procurement, external manufacturing, and/or logistics) is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and developing people is required.
• A strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations is required.
• Demonstrated large scale project management experience is required.
• Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, project and people management skills and demonstrated track record of delivering results in a highly pressurized environment are required.
• The ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners and the ability to influence peers and higher level managers without authority is required.
• Demonstrated experience as a change agent is required.
• The ability to develop and deploy functional and business strategic plans, objectives and performance metrics and create organizational alignment is required.
This candidate may be required to travel up to 20% of the time, domestically and internationally. Locations include but are not limited to: Skillman, NJ, Fort Washington, PA, Lititz, PA, Los Angeles, CA, Markham, Canada.
