Program Contour Business Process Director (BPD)
Position Overview:Manages first line supervisors that are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a team of representatives that helps to ensure the business analysis needs and designing solutions are met e.g. development of applications, testing the performance and usability of applications etc. Managing teams with focus on policy and strategy implementation and control rather than development; short-term operational/tactical responsibilities.
JOB SUMMARY:
• This role is accountable for building, testing and deploying the CCNA ERP solution and corresponding Business Process designs for the North America Supply Chain operations within the approved time frame, scope and budget.
• The role is accountable for Process and Solution design, testing, training, and solution implementation at all CCNA facilities. This role will lead the planning and preparation phase for the upcoming Supply Chain SAP implementation for manufacturing and related logistics processes.
• The role will work closely with CCNA Supply Chain team to understand the S4 HANA functionality, interfaces, and any supporting systems or programs that need intergration or sunsetting,
• The role will be lead the understanding of the business process changes, and work with the change management team on the deployment and training globally to the Supply Chain organizations worldwide.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of fully integrated SAP systems and business process across CCNA Supply Chain networks. This works includes solution build, testing, training, deployment and hypercare supporting all CCNA Plants and related operations.
• Lead the strategic alignment with cross functional teams and business readiness for the change. Provide key input to design and execution and successful transition to the new environment
• Lead Testing and Training activities across work stream
• Evaluate Staffing Needs across process area to ensure successful deployment and implementation
Required Qualification:
Type of previous work experience required:
• Experience in Supply Chain operations
• 10 years of diversified Business Process and operational knowledge
• Multiple full cycle SAP Implementations and Deployments
• Complex program management / implementation, influencing and communication skills

• At least 10 years
Education Level
• University/Bachelor’s Degree
