Regional Sales Director - Beyond Beer

Job Description
• Lead and motivate the Sales organization to deliver volume, share, profit and productivity targets in Beyond Beer initiatives for the Region
• Lead the strategic direction for the Region in Beyond Beer initiatives
• Understand the market dynamics in order to bring new ideas and solutions to grow sustainable business results
• Lead, motivate and mobilize the sales force around distribution, execution and implementation of the provincial sales strategy for Beyond Beer portfolio
• Be the liaison between national sales and regional execution
• Responsible for market unit business development as it pertains to channel, market & brand priorities for investment & focus
• Build strong business relationships with key customers and ensure a link between company objectives and customer objectives
• B.A. / B.S. Degree; Emphasis in business preferred. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5-10 years of general sales, marketing and distribution experience in a fast-paced, high performance consumer packaged goods environment is recommended
• Sales experience in non-alcohol consumer goods to retail chain accounts preferred
• Ability to understand and develop strategic direction and ability to develop plans to drive results
• Strong influencing and communication skills – both internal and external
• Strong Customer Management relationship skills
• Knowledge of key consumer product drivers: distribution, merchandising, promotion, pricing, category management
