Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Director within PepsiCo's Global Talent Acquisition organization, you will develop and lead the TA strategy and execution, along with your team, for multiple Corporate Functions at PepsiCo, including Marketing, Global Procurement, Legal and Communications. You will lead a team of four in building strong working relationships across numerous Business and HR stakeholders, including Frito-Lay North America, North America Beverages and North America Nutrition, enabling you to successfully advise and influence our future Talent strategy and approach. We are seeking candidates who are ready to be bold in their thinking, and are passionate about the evolving Talent Acquisition space as well as developing others.
Daily accountabilities for the TA Director will include:
• Partnering with Business Partners to understand each function’s overall talent strategy in the short and longer-term; develop, present and implement a corresponding recruitment strategy which encompasses internal mobility, external talent acquisition and overall process improvements
• Working collaboratively with our TA Centers of Excellence to develop customized and innovative solutions for your client’s needs which encompass Analytics, Attraction & Engagement strategies and the application of new technology platforms/tools
• Socializing the business case and goals of any new TA initiatives and processes across stakeholders and sharing back ROI and/or key learnings during quarterly TA business reviews
• Coaching your team to manage client expectations by consistently educating and influencing their stakeholders via internal/external data and insights
• Working closely with the Senior Director for Corporate TA on the assessment of our org structure to ensure the team is staffed appropriately to deliver against our SLAs while also balancing their developmental needs in areas outside of requisition management
• Managing the performance of direct reports by leveraging PepsiCo’s annual performance process and tools, including annual objective setting, mid and EOY performance reviews, career conversations and rewards & recognition
• Providing daily support to team and manager on the resolution of diverse issues as they arise, including required change management activities and cross-functional support
Although role is posted with a Texas Location, there is flexibility for the location to also be in our Global HQ location in Purchase, NY.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience, including prior multi-function, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition experience for professional-level hires within another corporate setting
• Direct team leadership and performance management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Must demonstrate advanced Talent Advisor behaviors/competencies, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics
• Previous agency or search firm experience and/or prior HR experience where recruiting was a critical component of the work
• Prior experience and proficiency in TA systems and platforms inclusive of ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron and other CRM and social media channels which enable both internal mobility and proactive sourcing of passive talent
• Must demonstrate executive presence and examples of strategic influence which led to specific solutions
