Description
Partner with key Business Leaders and HR to drive strategic sourcing, recruiting and hiring strategies across all levels of the organization. Build talent acquisition performance measurement system focused on operational excellence, hiring manager satisfaction and candidate experience. Assess talent acquisition staff; strengthen team as necessary – with a focus on development and engagement. Partner with HR and organizational effectiveness teams to develop and implement an integrated talent development diversity and succession plan strategy. Implement workforce planning where needed in partnership with the operating units to understand short and long-term talent needs. Build strong and lasting relationships with internal partners and outside organizations such as colleges, trade schools and professional diversity groups.

The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
• Excellent business acumen and strong data analytics skills.
• Proven experience implementing a successful talent acquisition strategy that results in competitive advantage and accelerates business results.
• Experience as a trusted advisor and partner with business leadership, along with demonstrated project management.
• Demonstrated success leading broad organization changes within budget and on schedule while meeting customer expectations.
• Demonstrated success managing complex and competing organizational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting organizations with high volume front line needs in an ever changing environment related experience in seasonal and temporary staffing strategies helpful.
• Experience partnering with business to develop short and long-range workforce plans.
• Strong leader and collaborator; focused on organizational and team success.
• Courageous; takes risks in ideas and actions to progress the organization.
• Solution-oriented; proven focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to provide strategic thought leadership; build strong relationships with superiors, peers and subordinates; collaborate across the organization; and influences without direct authority.

• This position requires 20% Travel.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a Talent Acquisition Function in large organization with a high volume of front-line recruiting activity.
• Experience leading change initiatives in sourcing strategies both front-line and corporate.
