Position Overview:
Lead global employee communications and internally-facing executive communications for The Coca-Cola Company. Apply an employee-first approach to the content, channels and experiences meant for our associates, ensuring employees are informed, inspired and enabled in their daily jobs. Lead globally connected networks of employee communicators across corporate functions and business units to align around the same objectives, set of priorities and approach to employee communications.
Function Specific Activities:
Responsibilities
• Lead global employee communications and engagement strategy that amplifies the business strategy, engages employees and advances the company’s culture transformation. Translate the company strategy and narrative into compelling, creative programs for employees.
• Develop and implement executive engagement plan for CEO, including global town hall meetings and employee communications.
• Lead and manage global employee events such as global town halls.
• Manage and activate overall global calendar of events and business milestones to be amplified with associates across internal and external channels.
• Serve as employee communications advisor to internal partners in corporate business functions and global business units, to reinforce business priorities and the company narrative across all global internal channels.
• Lead and engage in large-scale employee enterprise programs and initiatives, including design and development of the company’s internal digital landscape across platforms and technologies.
• Lead ongoing routines and communications with employee communicators in global business functions and business units, including developing and operationalizing communications governance and routines.
• Lead “test and learn” pilots to continuously find new ways to best reach and engage employees.
• Ability to flex between high level strategic problem solving and tactical work
Education
Minimum Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
Minimum Required:
• 10-12 years of high level of communications / marketing / public relations experience and expertise with clear understanding of the broader impact of internal communications and employee engagement.
• Ability to develop employee communications strategy for key executives.
• Experience keeping employees informed of business strategies, key initiatives, culture transformation, helping to ensure an engaged and informed work force.
• Advanced project management skills required to build communications platforms and tools from concept to production to launch.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of digital communications platforms, social media platforms and their applicability to employee communications.
• Ability to identify and create solutions to complex internal communications challenges, including global, multi-language employee base.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Advanced speaking and presentation skills.
