We are currently looking for a Global Digital Marketing Director to join our community in Holland, Michigan.
As the Global Digital Marketing Director, you
will:
Direct and lead strategy creation, adoption, and execution for Haworth’s long-term digital marketing programs for Americas and global locations to support corporate strategic initiatives, enhance customer experience, and meet revenue targets. Manage relationships with Digital Marketing team, collaborating with key corporate functional leaders and global stakeholders to support Haworth’s overall digital priorities. Direct development and execution of Digital Marketing Strategy, including digital commerce, through comprehensive portfolio of tools to support, manage, and promote digital activities for business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) relationships.
Do you have the following required qualifications?
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• 10 years related experience, including 5 years of experience in digital marketing; experience must include B2B digital marketing
• Experience strategizing, implementing, and managing cross-platforms, content-driven digital marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated people management experience
• Ability to travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally, up to 20 percent of time
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to work in Holland, MI
Do you have the following preferred qualifications?
• Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
Ideally, you have also demonstrated
the following:
• Email marketing, lead generation, and SEO with a strong focus on details and quality of deliverables
• Knowledge of and experience utilizing communication and marketing tools, including advertising, content production and graphic design, with focus on digital tools
• Proven ability to connect marketing and communication strategy to business growth strategy
• Strong customer focus and approach business situations with outside-in perspective
