Fender is expanding its direct-to-consumer relationship through a suite of digital products and interactive experiences. As a result we are building out a robust suite of data collection that will help us dive into the heart of what drives consumers in the music instruments world. Our new Director, Marketing Analytics, will help identify key data points that will help us understand how to grow towards our various goals including: Loyalty, CRM, Personalization, Omni-channel, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Customer Lifecycle Management, Product Management & Strategy, and Business Modeling. They will also be own visualization of said data as they build out a world class dash board, reporting system for Fenders future.
About the Job:
• Lead management of web, mobile analytics, A/B & multivariate testing, revenue & operational analytics & SEO
• Present key analyses and actionable insights, such as break-even, lifetime value (LTV) and cohort analysis, to executives & internal/external stakeholders to increase revenue & profitability
• Create client-facing dashboards highlighting brand awareness, sentiment analysis & Net Promoter Scores for brands
• Build out and own coherent and detailed data dashboard reflecting attribution, segmentation, churn, propensity and personalization among other data points
• Develop and continuously improve a multi touch attribution model
What you need:
• Minimum of 5 years in an analytics position
• Strong background in data management
• Advanced skills using data visualization tools
• Expert in third party tracking and reporting tools
• Experience in a subscription based product a plus
• Experience building a comprehensive data dashboard from scratch
