Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Emerging Markets, the Director of Home Health Programs will lead all sales, support and operations activities for the Home Health product line across all sales channels and regions. This leader will be accountable for developing and effectively implementing go-to-market strategies, and providing leadership and operational support in order to ensure success; in functions including but not limited to program management, product fulfillment, incentives, processes and training. This leader will also be responsible for cultivating and managing sales, operations and order fulfilment for government and national account Home Health opportunities. The Leader will also partner closely with ADT leaders in other businesses and functions to ensure coordinated delivery of support programs, sales processes and changes.
Location: Boca Raton head office preferred- ADT may be open to other large metropolitan city.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and direct the Regional Sales Management, Government Sales and Operations teams to develop and drive the sales, strategy and distribution of ADT’s Home Health PERS product.
• Partner across ADT Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, Operations and Customer Care to receive input on strategy and develop implementation approach for all sales support activities and initiatives.
• Develop and manage team responsible for launch of Home Health Accounts customers, coordinating efforts across ADT Sales, Business, Operations, Customer Care, Marketing and Product.
• Personally identify, cultivate, and close national account partnerships with large Managed Care Organizations such as in-home care & nursing service providers, assisted living facilities, Health Care organizations.
• Partner across Sales, Finance, IT and Human Resources to implement annual sales commission plans (Calidus IT, commission adjustments, special comp program management)
• Direct project management and change management support for ADT sales strategies and transformation efforts (e.g., Territory Management)
• Conceptualize and execute an effective sales learning and development program plan to drive execution of Home Health sales objectives.
• Partner with Product Management team to ensure successful training and knowledge of new and existing products across the sales teams.
• Develop and implement initiatives or programs to improve sales rep productivity, with focus on meeting established business objectives.
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and work with the leadership team on plans to address gaps and opportunities.
• As requested, represent ADT Sales team on various ADT wide business initiatives (e.g., special incentive projects, customer care initiatives)
• Lead implementation of all Sales programs and ensure best practice sharing across regions and businesses, and ensure feedback on all programs.
• Partner with Communications around annual calendar and internal associate communications and change efforts.
• Direct analysis (partnering with Finance) related to any initiatives, including establishing metrics to measure success of department.
Education:
• Four year business, marketing, finance or business degree or equivalent related experience. MBA preferred.
Experience:
• 8+ years in a senior leadership capacity in a sales-based environment
• 5+ years in an operations support role in a sale-based environment
• Defining and implementing strategy
• Directing large-scale program or project implementation to drive results
• Ability to build and lead teams – both direct and indirect reports
• Prove ability to deliver operational results in a highly matrix environment
• Experience working with senior executives in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Proven ability to effectively drive change in a highly matrixed environment
• Project management or process management certification desired (Six Sigma or PMP strongly desired)

Travel:
• 30% to 50% Nationally.
