Job Summary
Apple is seeking a senior Creative Director to build and lead a team that will develop global multi-platform marketing campaigns for original programming. This department will conceptualize and create the promotional campaigns across media and platforms. You will be required to maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, as well as ensuring that work delivers against Apple standards. You know how to tell stories, on any platform, that drives fan engagement. You have a pulse on new and creative trends in digital marketing and a creative sensibility that extends across content genres. You excel at building strong cross-functional relationships in fast paced organization with ambiguity. A natural leader, you’ll inspire your team to bring great creative to life with flawless execution. You have a love for television and film and a passion for pop culture.
Key Qualifications
• Proven ability to create and direct high-quality entertainment creative and brand design
• Minimum of 12 years creative design and direction experience with emphasis in entertainment, and at least 5 years leading a team
• Experience managing and leading teams in a quick moving and cross-functional focused environment
• Ability to develop creative solutions when required to pivot
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in Digital, Social, AV, and Print advertising formats and design best practices
• Collaborative and team oriented approach
• International experience or experience working with global teams
• Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns
• Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel
Description
• Build and lead a strong and inspired creative team - Creative development for all show marketing materials and brand design elements - Lead the creative development for all promotional efforts with direct responsibilities for concept development, creative direction, and tactical executions - Cross-functional relationship building to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and creative direction - Develop multi-media extensions that extend the show across the Apple Ecosystem - Play a key role in creative brainstorming on a wide-range of campaigns across marketing and product - Partner with product and design to ensure creative meets platform requirements - Articulate creative plans across our cross-functional teams and senior leadership - Collaborate across multiple departments as well show-runners and talent to develop breakthrough promotions - Responsible for finding and building working relationships with new creative and production vendors, as well as strengthening partnerships with current vendors, to conceive/execute campaigns - Responsible for department's talent recruitment, development, training and retention - Oversee budgets and timelines
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
