Overview
Through strong collaboration with customer logistics and purchasing functions, create and implement strategy which will enable LWTA to better serve customers within our three primary channels, Trade, Retail, and Etail.
Responsibilities
Create and Implement Channel Strategies to Improve Logistics and CC functions
• Collaborate with senior level logistics customer contacts to develop strategies to improve service and lower cost
• Develop roadmap to improve visibility, predictability, and reliability, of service to our customers for each channel
• Design and implement opportunities that will improve customer experience and reduce Lixil’s cost to serve
• Hold accountable internal associates and external partners for delivering improvement initiatives
• Track and measure success of each initiative
• Responsible for sharing key customer objectives with all Logistics & CC functions
• Accountable for improving customer performance scorecards
Create and Implement Strategy to Improve Logistics Process Controls
• Develop roadmap to improve documentation of all Logistics and CC functions
• Direct associates to achieve key milestones in document management
• Create a governance structure to hold associates accountable for process adherence
• Create document management strategy to maintain currency and accuracy of documents
• Accountable for ongoing maintenance and upkeep of process documentation
• Lead effort on all cross functional process development
Create and Implement Strategy to Improve Logistics and CC Analytics Improvements
• Develop roadmap and direct team to improve visibility and predictability of processes through performance analytics
• Align senior level staff and define and develop cost to serve metrics
• Accountable for key performance data both transactional and master data attributes (pricing, customer, material, trade)
• Responsible for developing and implementing data management strategy
• Design and implement master data governance protocol through collaboration with IT and data functions
• Design end to end performance dashboards
Qualifications
BS in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years supply chain logistics and customer service experience, sales and marketing experience preferred
Knowledge of trade, retail, and ecommerce order fulfillment processes for durable consumer goods
Understanding of financial tracking, pricing, and business case evaluation
Process management experience, governance models, and document management tools
Basic understanding of SAP ECC 6.0
Working knowledge of MS Office suite
Ability to create leadership level presentations
Excellent communication skills required
Fluent in English, multi lingual Spanish speaking preferred
