Customer Development Director II - Kroger
OVERVIEW
Develop strategic direction for the CCBCC Customer Management Large store accounts that delivers financial and market share goals, as well as KO, Bottling system and CCBCC strategic initiatives. Plan and continuously evaluate Large store business objectives and drive efficiency acting as a thought leader for our Company and the Bottling system. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create increased demand for our products with innovative solutions that drive value and increased margin $'s. Drive positive, collaborative relationships at a senior level with our Large store chain customers, with the ultimate goal of creating opportunities that drive revenue and gross margin. Influence the system by developing relationships with the Bottling system, Customer Core Teams, CCNA, PRGM and the customer. Establish cross functional relationships within internal CCBCC Departments including PRGM, MUVP’s Sales Operations, Marketing Accounting, Demand Planning, Distribution and other Customer Management Senior Directors and Teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partner with Kroger NRS to Develop and implement strategic CCBCC direction with the customer at both division and G.O. level. Deliver financial and market share goals, as well as KO, Bottling system and CCBCC strategic initiatives.
2. Lead collaboration and coordination of bottler community within geography. Develop, train, support and communicate with Field operations to ensure first in class execution.
3. Collaborate with PRGM to drive Revenue and increased margin $'s.
4. Drive positive, collaborative relationships at a senior level as well as colleagues with Large Store customers, ultimately creating opportunities that drive revenue and DNGP.
5. Create positive and frequent interaction with all other internal departments impacted by your customers.
6. Be a Leader.
7. Conduct all actions relative to CCBCC's Purpose Statement.
REQUIREMENTS
• BA/BS Degree preferred in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years Customer Management/Marketing/Operations experience.
