Janssen Supply Group, LLC is currently recruiting for a Director, Quality Systems Integration to be based in Raritan, NJ with consideration given to alternate Janssen locations worldwide.

The Director, Quality Systems Integration will act as Strategic lead for integrating or separating acquisitions or divestitures into our out of the Janssen Quality Systems.
In this role, you will assume ownership of the overall Janssen Quality Systems Strategy, and provide an oversight of the portfolio process to deliver elements defined within. You will also be the key facilitator for the Janssen Quality Systems steering committee, to ensure distribution of key information to a network of Leaders across Janssen.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Acts as Janssen Lead for Quality Systems Integration/Separation strategies for commercial acquisitions & divestitures, respectively.
• Leads facilitation of the Janssen Quality Systems Steering Committee
• Defines, maintains and sustains the Janssen Quality Systems Segment Strategy.
• Assumes ownership of strategic and business planning for and general oversight of the portfolio of Janssen Quality Systems projects.
• Establishes network of key stakeholders within the acquisition and divestiture community across Janssen, Global Quality Services, Supply Chain Systems and Solutions and J&J Technology.
• Represents Janssen as the Pharma Quality Systems Lead for Enterprise Communities of Practice for A&D.
• Participates as Quality Systems Lead on Quality Team for key acquisitions and divestitures.
• Works to define strategy for deployment of J&J Enterprise Quality Policy Standards and Procedures. Facilitates process for gap assessment and remediation planning, and provides oversight to ensure timelines are tracked to closure.
• Partner with overall integration Quality Lead, defines strategy for assessing current-state Quality Systems process and technology. Working across stakeholder network, develops integration strategy. Once aligned, leads submission of necessary intake process(es) to ensure integration activities are approved, funded and supported.
• Provides oversight to the overall portfolio of integration activities through closure.
• Maintains and sustains the Janssen Quality Systems Strategy.
• Leads periodic assessment and review to ensure the strategy is aligned with the Vision and Mission of the Janssen Quality Systems Steering Committee.
• Engages key stakeholders to provide input into the strategy. Ensures annual Strategic and Business Planning aligns with priorities defined within the strategy.
• Provides oversight of the portfolio of projects for Quality Systems.
• Attends Enterprise Portfolio calls to ensure Janssen projects are progressing according to plan.
• Acts as Pharma Quality Systems subject matter expert for portfolio intake process.
• Monitors project portfolio to track spend in alignment with annual business planning process.
• Leads the preparation for monthly Janssen Quality Systems Steering Committee Meetings.
• Sources topics and presenters at the direction of the Pharma Quality Systems Lead and ensures content speakers are prepared for meetings.
• Manages agendas, meeting facilitation, preparation of minute and tracking of action items.
Qualifications
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 12 years of related experience in a highly regulated industry is required.
• Pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industry is required.
• Experience in strategy development is required.
• Previous experience on a Quality Systems Deployment Integration and/or Separation Project team is required.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Leadership experience is preferred
• Ability to influence, innovate, negotiate and deliver business objectives is required.
• Experience with acquisition and/or divestitures is strongly preferred.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to effectively connect across a matrixed and diverse organization to drive alignment is required.
• This position may require up to 25% domestic and international travel as business demands.
