Associate Director - ITS BI & Analytics Lead – Growth

Job Scope
The BI & Analytics Lead will direct Mondelez’ s internal analytics and reporting organization by overseeing all analytics, reporting, and insights activities for Growth - Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, etc. He/she will lead a functionally-focused team responsible for using predictive modeling and advanced statistical methodologies to turn data into actionable insights. This role will also be accountable for developing progressive analytics strategies, transforming and advancing analytic capabilities and enabling analytics-based decision making across multiple stakeholder groups. He/she will collaborate with business clients to create solutions aimed at solving some of the most complex strategic problems facing the front-office process areas within the CPG industry.
Job Responsibilities
-Interface with key Sr business functional owners in Growth to provide with analytics solutions to drive the functional outcomes.
-Influence multiple senior level stakeholders to embrace the adoption of analytics in the
Organization.
-Design and drive a clear strategy, vision, and process and organization structure for the Analytics
Function specific to the Mondelez front-office process areas.
-Create and lead a high performing team to deliver focused analytics solutions.
-Create and set direction for analytical standards for all functions and business units.
-Build strategic partnerships to enable a world class analytics delivery platform.
-Manage vendors to successfully deliver the analytics agenda.
-Demonstrate flawless execution of all projects and activities required to drive success for the
Front office process area (on-time, budget and scope)
-Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; lead ethically and model

Qualifications
Functional /Technical Expertise
• Required: A minimum of 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with leadership experience in managing multiple, medium to large cross-functional teams or projects, influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
• Minimum of 5 years of analytics experience, as well as traditional business intelligence experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Required: Strong people leadership/management experience with a proven ability to lead a team with a diverse set of skills.
• Required: Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver multiple, concurrent IT projects on time and within budget successfully.
• Required: Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence senior business and IT leaders.
• Required: Experience collaborating with various business partners across an organization to drive change and improve business performance.
