Director, Regional Marketing & Consumer Insights, North America

About You:
To be successful in this role you must have around 12+ years of experience as a senior leader in the Marketing and Consumer Insights with experience in Brand management, brand activation, consumer centric, and trends foresight.
You will need to demonstrate strong strategic agility, business acumen, creative and innovative thinking, strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills.
You will spend your time…
• Developing and implementing regional marketing/CI/ plan aligned with regional commercial strategy
• Driving key talent agenda through;
◦ Building strong teams,
◦ Talent Management and People Development
◦ Recruit, select, training, development and performance management of the Marketing & Consumer Insights team to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Consumer understanding and Value Proposition Strategy Development to ensure differentiating and unique proactive concepts and fragrance solutions as well as cross category fertilization
• Connect and partner with other regions to deliver on cross category initiatives
