Summary
The Director of HR Supply Chain Meals & Beverage is accountable for the development and execution of short and long-term talent, culture, organization and labor strategies to support business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Develop a roadmap to advance Meals & Beverage plant operating model to achieve a long-term U.S. labor strategy and supporting change management plans. Evaluate talent landscape and develop approach action plans to ensure strong bench of talent for key roles including but not limited to recruitment, succession and development planning. Lead organizational design, change management and capability development work in support of business priorities. Create plans to build a culture that reinforces company values and Supply Chain requirements both in the corporate and plant environments. Contemporize the plant employee experience through the modernization of policies, practices and work environment. Ensure strong HR delivery execution across the plant network including but not limited to recruitment, performance, compensation and employee relations. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices to achieve a more positive user experience, enable efficiency and self-service for managers and employees Lead network initiatives to drive talent, culture and labor outcomes across the Supply Chain.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Strong HR fundamentals – employee relations, coaching, change management, compensation & benefits, HR systems/processes
• Strong practitioners understand of labor and employment law
• Ability to manage both strategic and tactical execution of HR programs simultaneously
• Outstanding relationship building skills, ability to influence and manage change
• Disruptor spirit and external orientation – bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment, integrating cross-functional input and guidance into priorities and solutions
Experience and Education
• 10+ years diversified HR experience
• 5+ years HR experience in a unionized environment
• 3+ years working in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor Degree required
