Jr. AR Financial Reporting Associate
The Jr AR Financial Reporting Associate is responsible for the maintenance of promotional and pricing data, and the collecting and reporting of key financial information.
Detailed Description
• Maintenance of database for promotional allowances for customers
• Set up and maintenance of customer pricing data including invoice allowances and charges
• Research and validate promo and pricing discrepancies from requests within AR
• Analyze pricing trends
• Investigate and explain variances or unexpected results
• Collect information from various financial and non-financial sources
• Compile information into a useable format for reporting or analysis
• Create and distribute reports

Work Experience/KSA’s
• Required:
◦ 2-4 years – Experience in Accounting or Finance Field
◦ 2-4 years – Experience in Accounting or Finance Position

• Preferred:
◦ 3-5 years – Experience in Accounting or Finance Field
◦ 3-5 years – Experience in Accounting or Finance Position

Competencies
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to research and analyze data
• Intermediate Excel including Pivot tables and lookup
• Work independently
• Ability to seek and obtain information from a wide range of sources and individuals both within, and outside of, the Finance department
Education
• Minimum Required:
◦ Associate's Degreein a related field or equivalent experience or working towards this goal
• Preferred:
◦ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
Certification/License:

Foreign Language
• Required: None Required
• Preferred: Elementary Proficiency, Spanish
