Parts Room Associate
Job Summary
Maintain supplies database by inputting receipts, disbursements and returns. Maintain stocked items by verifying inventory; placing orders when order points are reached. Disburse items for verifying requisitions.
Detailed Description
• Maintaining safe work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Maintains stored items by keeping organized and labeled according to standards.
• Purchase items/parts availability management, able to source to various suppliers/vendors.
• Ability to accurately cycle count.
• Ability to assist in breakdown situations.
• Order, maintain and organize parts for yearly overhauls.
• Maintain past due orders.
• Attend monthly parts room call.
• Work order tracking and completion
• Ensure all assets are in Oracle/EAM from initial entry to weekly maintenance.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

Education
• Minimum Required:
◦ High School Diploma
