Position Overview:The role of the Director Network Planning is to lead all mid-term planning (rolling 12 months) and guide regional short-term planning teams (0 - 14 days); manage the exception management process across the manufacturing platforms, ingredients and material supply points of the CCNA business units (e.g. Juice, Odwalla, Imported Sparkling, etc.).
Center of Excellance for all Supply Planning processes required for Manufacturing, Deployment, Lifecycle Management, G2G Juice planning and Business Planning functions for strategic and tactical supply chain planning and execution. Develop processes and monitor adherence to meet best-in-class value chain supply planning and exception resolution; which include all “make, move, and buy” decisions.
Manage and support all mid-term and short-term planning management routines (e.g., S&OP, S&OE meetings, OE initiative meetings, weekly supply plan review meetings, etc.) for MMBU, Odwalla DSD and Imported Sparkling networks.

Prioritized Responsibilities
• Provide direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills
• Represent all Supply Planning (Short-Term, Mid-Term & G2G juice) within the business operating unit providing strategy and tactical capacity scenarios, innovation planning support & continuity of supply resolution
• Ensure that all mid-term planning activities effectively balances the production, co-manufacturing, deployment, and warehousing requirements across network optimally (managed thru the ABP and RE processes)
• Ensure that all short-term planning activities meet customers’ daily/weekly requirements, and ensure that optimized finished goods and raw material inventories are managed appropriately
• Lead the development and implementation of all management routines to minimize / manage exceptions, reduce inventory, and improve service within the business units (i.e. MMBU, Odwalla, Imported Sparkling); collaborate and coordinate routines with Demand Planning, Sales, Commercialization, Manufacturing, Transportation, Customer Service and Finance
• BD&L management and lead continuous improvement in the Supply Planning processes
• Supporting Logility & SAP system planning processes standardization, maintaining master data to ensure system integrity, and utilizing Logility & SAP requirement signals for the “make, move, and buy” decisions
Required Qualification
• University/Bachelor’s Degree
• 15 years experience
