HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Direct Business Partnering: You’ll be partnering with senior level executives on overhead and resource strategic planning and execution, serving as the primary point of contact for Finance matters within area of overhead and resource planning, and crafting and providing financial insights to Cost Category owners and Region/Business Unit CFO
• Budgeting/Forecasting/Actual Execution: You’ll be leading the development and ownership of consistent planning, budgeting and reporting processes across KNA/Corporate, leading profit accountability focus by creating plans, measuring performance against P&L objectives, developing consistency in financial analyses filtered through common practices in across KNA/Corporate to support improved business decisions in the area of overhead and resource management, and owning the responsibility for the delivery of financial performance objectives for a specific area
• Decision Support: You’ll be driving continued focus on ZBB principles across company to drive prioritization of spend and identify hunting grounds to drive improved resource utilization, evaluating the business' operating results and recommends strategies for improvement, providing complex financial insights, guidance and direction for VP and SVP roles across functions and business units using data provided by less senior roles and interpreting major trends & financial performance for internal & external audiences and preparing / delivering recommendations to senior leaders
• Administrative Activities: You’ll be identifying opportunities to upgrade tools, and standardize processes to increase efficiency continuously, ensuring execution/completion of projects, key due dates, identification of opportunities and risks, and financial metrics, and ensuring project financials are in conformance with GAAP and company accounting policy
• Personal Career Development: You’ll be participating in functional or career development training to increase knowledge and skills and pursuing developmental opportunities
• People Performance Management: You’ll be leading, motivating, and developing teams by setting group and individual key performance measures that align with Finance and BU objectives and individual development plans and recognizing and rewarding performance appropriately
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field
• Extensive related work experience
• Substantial Management experience
• Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills and detail orientation
• Must have strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Bonus Points:
• Master’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field
• Proficient knowledge of ERP and other financial planning systems (e.g. SAP)
