Job Overview
Our CRM platform is designed to drive growth and customer retention through a dynamic sales and service opportunity network, utilizing tools that empower all commercial employees. The role will involve being the key promoter and change management agent of the CRM C4C platform within Sealed Air globally. This individual will work closely with the divisional businesses and IS resources to drive the corporate commercial objectives and deliver the financial benefit / value realization of the overall program.
Our Pricing & Profit Optimization Technology Platform (Vendavo) supports our Divisions in using data and analytics for fact-based pricing decisions. It also facilitates setting list, target, and floor pricing by market segment and simplifies execution of price campaigns to effectively manage price-cost spread. This individual will work closely with the divisional businesses and IS resources to drive the corporate commercial objectives and deliver the financial benefit / value realization of the overall program.
This role reports directly to the Commercial Excellence leader, but primarily works collaboratively with business divisions at the global and regional level to achieve shared objectives.
Responsibilities
• Coordinates and leads development of training/learning with internal and external partners to drive adoption and value realization of Platforms
• Coordinates platforms communication across the enterprise and reports regularly to senior stakeholders
• Coordinates implementation and rollouts of new modules across divisions and regions where applicable
• Managing the financial benefit review process with the key stakeholders in the business
• Collects, prioritizes and harmonizes platform changes from all divisions and regions to support continuous improvement
• Partners with IS to represent SEE in vendor relationships to ensure Commercial Platform roadmaps is delivered
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree required
• 8+ of medium to large-scale project and program management, including single instance application templates rolled out globally. Process orientation and strategic orientation: the role requires process-centered thinking and ways-of-working applied to a range of business models
• Ability to coordinate and drive a number of initiatives in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment. Uses process and pragmatism to maintain prioritization and alignment in terms of executing work. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Exceptional leader of change and proven success leading change using influential leadership in a global enterprise. Great business Relationship Management skills. Demonstrated ability to coach & lead through others to get results.
• Performance management: a steadfast orientation to tracking and measure quantifiable and qualitative results. Effective at working with others to achieve shared goals in a matrix structure. Drives Ownership: thinks boldly, challenges self, and team to achieve more than they thought possible.

• Multi-lingual related to assigned region preferred.
