Job Description
Manage all aspects of Logistics Department, including hiring, training, developing and managing high-performance teams, implementing policies and processes that enhance revenue and fill rate while minimizing investment, monitoring key performance metrics and managing continuous improvement.
• Supply Chain Improvement Projects
• Supply Chain Measures
• Process and Systems Development
• Process Standardization
• Target Tracking
Qualifications
• Advanced retail logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations experience
• Advanced experience in SAP or similar ERP systems and MS-office.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a strong customer service focus.
• BS degree/MS degree preferred (or equivalent experience) and strong leadership skills.
