Company Description
ETAS provides a comprehensive product portfolio of tools designed to increase quality and efficiency in embedded systems development, with solutions for software modeling/integration, hardware-in-the-loop simulation, virtual and rapid-prototyping, measurement/calibration and functional safety and security. Our tools are widely deployed in automotive, off-highway, and adjacent segments of the embedded industry.
Established in 1994, ETAS is a 100-percent subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, with international subsidiaries and sales offices in Europe, North and South America, and Asia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Lead local sales team in fulfilling annual sales revenue, profitability, and budget targets for ETAS products and services. Direct management responsibility for a team of employees, including work task prioritization, and personnel coaching / development.
2. Lead Account Managers in developing and executing specific account strategies for North America to drive profitable growth.
3. Coach Account Managers to develop compelling commercial offers that solve real customer problems while winning against competitive offers.
4. Lead global sales coordination tasks with counterparts in other ETAS regional offices. Assist in developing overall global strategy for key customer accounts to achieve the overall business objectives.
5. Support all ETAS business practices and processes to ensure the success of the entire organization (e.g., quality audits, invoicing, process ownership, employee evaluations, etc.).
Key Business Results and Performance Indicators:
Meet or exceed the following:
1. Financial objectives for ETAS sales organization: Sales Revenue, Profitability, and Budget.
2. Comprehensive annual account strategy reviews (CSRs).
3. Employee development and personnel growth objectives.
4. Accurate, up-to-date opportunity management and tracking within the corporate CRM system.
Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in the field of Engineering or Technology
• Must have a minimum of 10+ years of technical sales experience including 7+ years of sales management and leadership of technical sales organizations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prefer Master degree in Business Administration from an accredited university or college.
• Proven leadership skills in the winning of new customer groups in automotive embedded control system development.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in building teams and motivating employees to achieve personal and business goals.
• Recognized expertise in strategic selling concepts (e.g. Miller-Heiman) and tactical sales techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills related to customer interaction and internal cross-functional teamwork.
