Director, Program Management Office (PMO) Center of Excellence
Kellogg Business Services Company seeks a IT Director, Commercial and Analytics Delivery in Battle Creek, MI.
Utilize experience leading information technology transformation programs and large technology project teams within a global Fortune 500 matrixed organization to enable delivery of all Global Commercial Business Solutions and Analytics initiatives. Work closely with business and IT stakeholders, IT Directors, product managers, project teams and cross functional IT teams and suppliers to deliver critical business initiatives by creating delivery teams, managing budget, people, schedule and customer expectations and needs. This leadership role will be an active member of the Global Commercial Business Solutions (GCBS) and Analytics delivery leadership team, adding insights, recommendations, opinions and thought leadership as they relate to the functioning and strategic direction of the delivery tower. Lead a team of at least 5 direct reports and upward of 75-100 contractors. Create the supplier strategy and relationships to build delivery teams with value added capabilities that designs, builds and delivers the technology solutions that supports Kellogg's Commercial and Analytics functions.
Specific duties include:
-Solution and Service Delivery Management: Utilize experience in leading technology portfolio, including developing, designing, and deploying solutions, processes and technologies, to participate in program management and delivery of all GCBS and Analytics programs and projects.
-Financial Management: Utilize advanced project and operational budget management experience to manage and control the annual operating and capital expenditure budget of $50M+ for GCBS and Analytics to ensure it is consistent with overall strategic objectives of IT and the enterprise and is within plan.
-People Development: Oversee the ongoing career development of direct reports, including routine coaching and feedback, formal talent planning, and periodic reviews. -Relationship Management: Collaborate with key solution owners to identify solution needs, resource demands, opportunities for improved solution value, integrate activities and meet delivery expectations.
-Supplier Management and Operations: Utilize experience establishing and working with suppliers in an onsite and offshore delivery model to lead the development of the GCBS and Analytics supplier partner strategy and roadmap.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and five years of IT management experience with leading programs, projects, teams, finances, software development and vendor management. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
