Director - Human Resources, Kohler Power Systems Americas
Reporting to the President-Kohler Power Systems and dotted-line responsibility to the Dir-HR Power Group, this HR executive will be responsible for providing the Human Resource function with vision, direction, and leadership for Kohler Power Systems Americas. Key accountabilities will include organizational development, staffing and retention, succession planning, training, employee relations, labor relations support, and compensation and benefits.
A primary objective is to design, develop, implement, and evaluate the impact of programs, policies and strategies necessary to properly support the current and future growth needs of the businesses globally. The goal is to work as a business partner with division heads, key management, and other significant stakeholders.
Skills/Requirements
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of prior HR experience is required.
• Previous supervisory experience and HR background in a unionized environment preferred.
• Post graduate training in HR or Management preferred.
• Experience leading an International/Global HR team is preferred.
