Job Description
Director, US Campus Service Delivery – Fall 2018 Maternity Cover
This role reports to SVP Talent Acquisition and focuses on leading the delivery of our core processes, tools, templates and trainings which enable PepsiCo to interview +6000 Undergraduate/Graduate students, extend offers to +2300 and onboard +1800 Intern and Full-Time hires across PepsiCo's 15 major US Field and Corporate campus programs during the Fall (August-November) recruiting season.
This maternity cover will span our peak recruiting season from August to December 2018. The role can be based in New York, Chicago or Plano.
Key Accountabilities:
• Direct management of team of 8 (Campus Talent Acquisition Managers, University Relation Representatives, and Project Manager). Lead the team in delivering a successful Fall recruitment cycle ensuring we meet intern and full-time hiring needs
• Lead overall relationships with Field and Corporate Senior Clients (CHROs and business leaders)
• Ensure holistic campus approach and adaptation of key processes across both Field and Corporate Campus, bridge the existing gap between them and prioritize work on behalf of the entire team.
• Drive application of new Campus Analytics and Ranking tool to drive school reduction by EOY and optimize remaining school footprint
• Lead domestic campus expansion efforts with a particular focus on the launch of the eCommerce campus program.
• Manage existing external vendor relationships to ensure SLAs are met.
• Partner with various internal stakeholders such as Corporate Communications, Legal and Diversity & Engagement Teams on support required to execute annual campus calendar (exec speakers for Summer Possibilities, Exec Talking Points, Super Days)
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Undergraduate Degree
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant Human Resources work experience
• Prior experience implementing Talent Acquisition process improvements and leading project work
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be willing to travel approximately 20-30%
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior Campus Recruiting work experience within another CPG or manufacturing organization and/or within another large, global, matrix environment
• Supervisory experience, including coaching and development of team members
• Demonstration of “Advisor” capabilities, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics
• Prior experience working with systems such as Kenexa and Recsolu Campus (Yello)
