Role Summary
• Drive new and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) retail vehicle sales activities to achieve Regional objectives.
• Ensure continued support for the development and growth of Sales Initiatives.
• Ensure all Region Customer Experience Business Objectives; Insight SSI/CSI, JDP Syndicated SSI/CSI Studies and Loyalty are achieved by providing guidance and direction to the Region Customer Experience Manager.
• In conjunction with Sales Operations develop and implement the yearly Dealer New and CPO Business Plans
• Oversee the Region new car Forecasting, Allocation and Distribution activities.
• Represent Region perspective in development of Audi's Operational and Sales related policies, decisions, forecasts & initiatives.
• Coordinate operational and administrative areas for the region (budgets, office administration, meeting scheduling)
Role Responsibilities
• Ensure development and execution of Regional Sales Programs for both new and CPO vehicles to achieve Region Objectives.
• Ensure execution of all items related to Regional CPO and Corporate Sales business.
• Ensure Audi sales processes new and CPO are understood and followed by the Area Directors, field teams and dealers.
• Provide guidance, management and direction to the Regional CPO Manager, Regional Distribution Manager, Region Customer Experience Manager, Region Operations Specialist, Sales and Marketing Specialist, Region Training Coordinator.
• Ensure Regional distribution, allocation, forecasting and reporting activities are in line with Region and corporate guidelines - Monitor, analyze and close process gaps and performance variances in the Region.
• Manage Region Yearly New and CPO Business Planning process with the Area Directors and Corporate Sales Operations.
• Work with Area Directors to achieve Audi Brand targets for Market share, Customer Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty.
• In conjunction with the Audi Academy develop and implement training for Region personnel to enhance their skills and abilities in working with the Region Dealer Network.
• Coordinate with Region Marketing Manager to ensure Region marketing and advertising activities and budgets complement achievement of Region new and CPO business objectives.
• Coordinate with Region Business Improvement Manager to ensure all coaches and activities are aligned with the achievement of Region Business Objectives.
• Complete other tasks, projects, etc. to expectation and as assigned by Regional VP.
Qualifications
Experience
• 12-15+ years of experience
• 5 - 7 years of automotive wholesale experience
• 3 - 5 years of direct supervisory experience
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
• Master’s degree (desired)
