Program Director, IT Service Innovation- HealthTech
Summary
: The PCMS Strategy is to create a Global Professional Services capability to address customer needs leading to improved clinical outcomes. Advanced Clinical and IT Services are a vital enabler toward that mission and will require a thoughtful, collaborative and integrated effort across all functional areas. The initial focus will be NA Services Organization as market maturity is further along, however, it will be important that we take a global perspective so as to easily scale to include additional markets. This role will facilitate, lead and drive the incubation and business transformation necessary for expansion of professional services into new markets with new and innovative offerings by co-creating services around customer needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Program Director- IT Service Innovation will shape, develop and drive the development of an agile incubation methodology that the transformation necessary to engage new markets with high valued services driving market expansion into new markets. Define the program structure and governance model to develop professional services in NA. Utilize the Philips PEPF to accomplish this as well as drive process, policy and procedures required for technical services development in concert with the BIU.
• Lead in formulation of the Services Roadmap for the next 3 to 5 years and directly affect & drive product innovation/ Roadmap with an agile, customer-centric focus.
• Propose and lead organizational construct that aligns with other strategies in NA.
• Develop the business case for Professional Services with specific recommendations as to the consultative offerings (clinical, technical, business) that will lead to an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop strategic offerings for selected customers with an obvious value proposition tied to Philips expertise.
• Work with technical and/or clinical teams to construct deliverables that will meet customer expectations and create repeatable and reliable standard work for customers
• Cross silo collaboration; significantly reduce feedback times for mkt to development
• Ability to accelerate decision making
• Effectively manages in a highly matrixed environment
• Mobilize resource and support from all relevant functional areas
• Develop functional partnerships
• Assure that Philips intellectual property is protected in the development and delivery of services.
• Define the hiring requirements and outline a staffing plan for 2018-2019 to meet the expected volume of incubation work.
• Recruit, hire and develop employees according to the approved staffing plan.
• Assure the consultative capability and business approach is evident in both the offerings as well as the staff.
• Oversee the selected consulting engagements to assure success for the customers.
• Work with the NA Sales teams and marketing to support customer co-creation.
• Manage internal and external communication about the program, the offerings and results as needed.
• Conduct periodic program reviews with stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:
• Role is Open to candidates working remotely
• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or Clinical discipline, MBA highly desirable.
• Management experience in the delivery of professional, consultative services to healthcare customers
• Experience in co-creation, co-development or incubation of services utilizing Agile, Lean or similar methodologies
• Deep understanding of converged, complexed platforms & technology (Philips HSDP, Cloud Technologies, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics) to futureproof a portfolio of services.
• General experience with marketing, finance and technology development related to Healthcare/ IT services
• Experience within new business development
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Experience collaborating across a highly matrixed organization to develop strategic offerings for customers
• Travel 25-50%
