Position Overview:Leads implementation of master data strategies within strategic initiative across CCNA, the North America Business System. Ensures comprehensive solutions for the NA Business System to enable NA strategies, end to end capabilities, reporting, and analytics across Food Service, DSD, and all routes to market. Responsible to partner with each Domain Group Director (Customer, Product, Equipment) to ensure the domain strategies are aligned to strategic initiative objectives and deliverables. The role influences and partners with functional leadership, business functions, and business partners across the NA Business System including Strategy, Sales, Franchise and Commercial Leadership, IT, Canada, Bottlers, CBS, CONA, Northstar and Program Contour.
Function Specific Activities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Leads master data initiative strategy and management across CCNA and the NA Business System to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Directly supports strategic business initiatives that rely on cross domain master data by determining needs and providing design, architecture, process, and technology solutions in partnership with the Domain Group Directors
• Ensures approaches are consistent with holistic North America Business System master data strategy.
• Engages with strategic initiatives to ensure alignment on strategy, scope, benefit, approach, timing, etc. across all domains
• Partners with Domain Group Directors to identify resource needs and solutions for closing the gaps
• Ensures successful delivery of all master data deliverables for strategic business initiatives
• Communication and change management across master data activities to support the strategic initiatives
Key Skills/Qualifications:
• 8+ years’ experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry including team and program leadership
• Managing master data domains and/or their support processes
• Experience leading efforts that span multiple business functions and aligning solutions
• Effectively communicates & builds relationships at all organizational levels
• Analytic and quantitative skills
• Strategic thinking capability. Distills complex problems/ideas and convert into simple solutions
• Knowledge of training development, design, and implementation
• SAP, Teradata, or other relevant information system experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or other related field a plus. Masters or MBA preferred.
• Travel: <20%
