Join our team as a Director of Advanced Analytics reporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development as an integral part of the Strategy and Business Development Leadership Team. You will drive execution of a multi-year advanced analytic initiative road map and help the organization to deliver value both through excellence in data-enabled execution and through emerging data science techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, data mining).
As the expert in this space, you will shape the global advanced analytics strategy for our organization. Working closely with business leaders, you will help prioritize analytics needs and advise leadership on opportunities as well as guide the technology strategy with input from our technology and analytics teams, specifically pertaining to the data and analytics technology stack.
A key focus will include the development of a motivated use case group to coordinate analytics support for core enterprise strategic initiatives. We must promote top talent in data science and drive forward highest-profile analytics-enabled initiatives across the organization.
Education Required
A bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desired.
Experience Required
This position typically requires at least 12 years of experience in data science and analytics highlighting:
• Broad understanding of the latest data science, analytics, and technology trends with a command of emerging methodologies like artificial intelligence (AI).
• Subject matter expertise of statistics, structured and unstructured data analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
• People leader not afraid of holding others accountable to high standards of performance and behavior.
• Top notch communicator - articulate and expressive.
