Overview
The world’s leading bath and kitchen manufacturer is seeking a Sr. Director/Director - Integrated Marketing reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, Lixil Water Technology Americas. The leader for integrated marketing is accountable for partnering with functional and channel partners to drive marketing programs that build market share through the path to purchase.
This role is also responsible for developing and defining the strategic marketing execution for multiple brands including Luxury products, Bathing, Sanitary ware, Faucets and Showering across all channels. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans to drive transformational revenue growth in all categories. The successful candidate will drive strategic marketing campaigns through events, promotions, partnerships, direct mail, digital, print and communication materials
Responsibilities
• Define and articulate the marketing execution of multi-year growth strategy for each product category and each brand in the Americas region across the consumer purchase journey and in line with the product life cycle. Validate and support the strategy with supporting data from consumer insights.
• Create and lead strategies and road maps that drive product innovation and business results
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, serving as primary liaison on marketing programs
• Partner with Consumer Insights to develop and understand current market trends and consumer insights
• Proactively understand the competition and review competitive intelligence to understand the competitive landscape
• Manage and supervise all aspects of the brand strategic planning and development (including but not limited to): Advertising, Brand management, Communications, Digital, Print, Merchandising, Messaging, Website, etc
• Execute the global Brand guidelines and ensure all internal audiences and vendors adhere to them
• Define processes for reporting monthly integrated marketing activities and key metrics
• Lead and develop a high performance team
Qualifications
• MBA in Marketing, Business or Engineering required.
• Minimum of 8 -10 years’ experience in marketing communications/advertising related field
• Proven successful history in the following areas: Business, brand and category analysis. Proven ability to understand and translate Insights, Brand positioning, architecture, and visual identity application into product and commercial innovation.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally required
• Professional knowledge: Stays current on industry changes and product specifics affecting projects.
