Director of Sales Walmart/Sams
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales this incumbent will be responsible for providing the leadership to our Walmart Team Leading a team of National Account Managers and analysts, the incumbent has the responsibility to develop and lead his or her team through the successful execution of the Philips Consumer plans.. Residence in Bentonville Arkansas is required.
You are responsible for
• Executes processes & policies at accounts (margin, pricing, marketing logistics)
• Maximizes customer topline sales related to AOP/Quota/ ROFO per key account
• Works with team to ensure 60% LAG 3 forecast accuracy in a timely manner
• Acts as a key leader within the North American sales leadership team.
• Ensures strong account relationships at a senior level within the channel.
• Delivers account specific growth plans
• Works with team to ensure strong execution of the 4 P's that are designed to gain market share across the customer base
• Timely execution of administrative activities to include deduction management, Adesso, Expenses etc.
• Thorough review of the marketplace to understand emerging trends, competitive landscape etc.
• Overall management of Bentonville office
You are a part of
• Build a strong internal network to support the efficient delivery of value to our customers, execute deals and resolve customer issues.
• Maximize the customer experience by teaming up and presenting a One Philips approach to the customer.
• Initiate collaboration with internal partners to validate and execute the Sales Strategy.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience required
• MBA preferred
• 10+ years of sales experience required
• Customer Focus
• Strategic Planning and Decision Making
• AOP Performance
• Ensure delivery of Financial Targets
• Market Share Growth
• Expense control
Exceptional track record of developing and executing sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objective, providing personal leadership through example.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven team oriented environment.
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational level
Strong decision making, planning and organizing skills
Excellent communication, leadership and change management skills.
Proven track record managing complex multi discipline sales organization.
