Job Description
The Business Analysis team is responsible for delivering analytical decision support to Pizza Hut leadership and our stores across the country. The Senior Manager will provide financial analyses and insight to support the profitable growth of the Pizza Hut domestic business while enabling our operators to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. The analysis will mostly consist of evaluating sales, cost of sales impact, profit contribution and break-even analysis. They will also provide system level product forecasts for new tests and promotional windows. They regularly partner with and lead discussions with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain departments to prepare financial trends, forecasts and analyses. This position will require competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing and results focus.

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION: BS required and MBA highly desirable
EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
• Minimum 4-6 years in relevant business experience (Financial Analysis, Budgeting/Forecasting or Business Consulting
• Extensive knowledge of financial statements and business decision making tools
• Excellent analytical and problem solving with strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Good working knowledge of in-store operations
• Excellent Building People Capability skills
• Strategic vision capability and results oriented
• High motivation, intellectual curiosity and a desire to have a large impact on our organization
