Director, Developer Marketing - Global Bixby Developer Relations
General Description

Bixby is an intelligent virtual assistant available on Samsung devices and wearables. Bixby’s Developer Platform provides a set of tools that make it easy for third-party developers to create AI capabilities on top of their web services, and then publish the new functionality to a marketplace accessible by many users across a variety of devices and experiences.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and plans for developers
• Develop compelling and differentiated content, including presentations, articles and blogs, demos, web copy, social content, audio/video, etc.
• Content should be both thought leadership as well as technical.
• Create and drive innovative campaigns to increase awareness, reach, activity level, share of voice and sentiment amongst developers
• Drive both internally and externally to improve the developer experience across product, technical content, social and all other areas affecting how developers perceive Bixby
• Manage marketing activities, including physical and online events, demand generation, online marketing, social media, etc.
Necessary Skills / Attributes
Requirements
• 15+ years of industry experience
• Minimum of 5 + years’ experience in developer marketing, developer relations, or technical product marketing
• Successful candidate must be a self-starter with ownership and “get it done” attitude. Works well in a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end marketing processes
• Proven positioning and messaging skills
• Ability to think strategically with tactical execution
Preferred Qualifications
• Working experience AI industry or Platform industry
• Undergraduate in Computer Science or Engineering or Business
• MBA preferred
