Director Master Data Programs
In this role, you will have the opportunity to
This individual will be responsible for developing and deploying the NA data management framework for improving data quality, cleanliness, timeliness and accessibility of master data across the organization. A robust data management program is critical to the execution of major strategic initiatives. Together with key stakeholders across the NA organization, this role will create the operating model by which data management responsibilities and accountabilities are shared across functional and system boundaries including defining best practices for the newly formed Center of Excellence.
You are responsible for (but not limited to)
• Takes ownership to organize data preparation and business validation in view of E2E programs data migration, engaging with market key users and data specialists, validating ambition level and signing-off data quality threshold levels for “get clean in legacy”, and “stay clean in PIL”.
• Accountable to cleanse the NA data with the support of local data specialists, and validation of functional leads, in close cooperation with EIM Domain Functional Experts during program deployment and EIM Subject Matter Experts in operations to drive a continuous PDCA cycle on data quality.
• Manage integration of business critical master data during third party acquisitions including harmonizing, cleansing, merging and enriching data to minimize risk and increase sharing of accurate master data.
• Partner with sales organization to optimize master data that facilitates sales in the dynamic IDN and hospital environment, including cleanup and data enrichment through external sources such as Definitive and Dunn & Bradstreet
• Enables business performance by acting as a champion and role model towards the users to drive good behavior for data creation, change and usage while driving data quality awareness in the market teams
• Ensures adherence to agreed data management ways of working and governance with the support of BT team and EIM towards the data owners cross domains in the market; drives continuous improvement activities where needed as part of market Continuous Improvement.
• Support high value business solutions through technology and processes required to create / maintain consistent and accurate master data in end to end processes
• Define and ensure processes across commercial and service organizations for creating, maintaining and utilizing a customer’s winner/ primary account to reduce duplicate accounts and ensure accuracy in downstream processes utilizing this data (e.g., quoting, contracts, installed base, service invoicing, tax, etc.)
• Through Philips Center of Excellence provide ongoing guidance, coaching and expertise to the functional business leaders to enable successful delivery of data management implementation plans.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• 10-12 years of experience with master data governance and data management processes required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong experience in SAP and Salesforce required
• Experience in Informatica Business Partner Data Hub preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with defining, documenting and developing business process Experience with implementation of global master data projects preferred
• Experience with implementation of global master data projects preferred
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization to build consensus, navigate through ambiguity and influence others to achieve objectives
• Advanced analytical and conceptual skills with ability to analyze complex problems, interpret business needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned tasks, roles and responsibilities
